It is finally here. Wow. We made it.
We are so blessed to have you all in our lives sharing this special day with us.
Across the planet, documentary filmmakers, students, and inspired citizens will record the human experience over a 24-hour period. By participating in this historic event, you will help capture the diversity of life and culture on this planet. Together we will create a document that is a gift to the world.
One Day on Earth is a documentary and new media project about the amazing diversity, conflict, tragedy, and triumph that occurs in one 24-hour period on Earth. More than a film, One Day on Earth is a multi-platform participatory media project. The flagship of this project is a 120-minute documentary to be released theatrically. Through the One Day on Earth platform we will establish a community that not only watches, but participates.

We just got done with take dance lessons from Eric and Tammy Allen. They are professional dance instructors in Spokane. They teach swing, country, ballroom & latin.
We will be dancing the fox trot to a very special song. I don't think we will look anything like this. But Chris does have the short hair like Lance...
Ok, I know we have all been there. We hope that there might be a few songs that we would like to hear either at the ceremony or the reception. But, lets face it, usually, the songs mean way more to the bride and groom than we care to think about.
I can promise you this. We will have some very traditional music for all of you out there who loves the old standards. However, around 10 p.m. or so, be prepared for the lights to go down low and the music volume to go up. I can't promise that you won't hear a song or two that you might not recognize, but by the end of the night, I am sure you won't forget it!
