We had fun, we laughed, we shopped and swam in some really cool pools. Thanks to my friends for making our weekend such a memorable one.

Here is a photo of my new listing. It is a wonderful rancher full of interesting details including a really nice pool. Ed, the owner is my neighbor and a friend. He has decided to sell his beautiful home and it was only on the market for 2 hours when I got my first call on it. I have had already two showings to a really sweet family, I hope they decide it is "the One".
Of course ironically, as Chris went to get the mail this weekend, guess what was waiting for us, but our first wedding gift from who else but...Ed. It is great having friends where you get to help create a new life for their family. I have enjoyed having them as my neighbors, but really, they are only moving across the pond, so they are still close by.

Wedding in three weeks....where did the time go?
This month has been a whirlwind of events starting with the celebration of Aunt's Jeannie's 80th birthday in Arizona. An eventful road trip sending Mary off to college. Starting two kids at new schools, one for Allison and one for Grayson all of which are in different states!
Not to mention the huge task of combining two large households. yes, we do have the "two pair Noah's syndrome." Two of Everything...At least we get to choose the better of the two and sell the rest at our garage sale that will be very soon. Check back for details on that!
Funny thing is, we actually found a few items that we still needed, so thank you bridal registry websites... you are heaven sent.

Yep, the clock is ticking and very soon the invites will go out. Watch for it in the mail next week.
Yes this photo was taken last summer when we both had shorter hair, and were a bit thinner. Enough said.

Alice
I love Alice in Wonderland. The blue and white dress, the fun and funny clothes that the other characters wear and yes, my mad hatter- it is all so sweet. I would love to have this as our "theme" but alas it didn't' work out-
It would have been fun though...
Chris and I are going to be Alice and the Mad Hatter for Halloween- (chris is way cuter than Johnny Depp.) Thanks to Mitch and Terri who are lending their really cool hat to Chris.
I think this cake is too cute to eat!
But as the theme goes....
